B. Payment On-site
Cash and credit cards (Master, Visa, and American Express) are acceptable.

Please note:

1. No personal check is acceptable for the payments in advance.
2. All bank charges will be borne by the participant.
3. Failure to provide all of the above information may delay your transfer. Any transfer fees charged to us will have to be reimbursed.
4. The payment will be sent to LOC bank in a week. The LOC will inform payer by email as soon as the money is received.

Receipts
When we receive your payment,we will send a confirmation via email to you and you will also receive a receipt on-site.

Cancellations for Registration

1. For cancellations received before 1 Jun. 2008 the payment will be enterely refunded.
2. For cancellations received before 1 Aug. 2008 the 50% payment will be refunded.
3. From 1 to 31 Aug. 2008 the 25% payment will be refunded.
4. We regret that after 31 Aug. 2008 no refunds will be made.

Cancellations for Accomodation

1. For cancellations received before Before 1 Sep. 2008 the $50 payment will be deducted.
2. For cancellations received before 15 Oct. 2008 the $100 payment will be deducted.
3. For cancellations received after 15 Oct. 2008 the $150 payment will be deducted.
