Deadline for Abstract submission: July 1£¬2008
You can submit abstract online at the web site or as an attachment file sent to EMNet-China@ies.ac.cn or CXB@pku.edu.cn by email before July 1, 2008.
There are two templates for extended abstract and short abstract respectively. If you want to give an oral presentation in the workshop, you MUST provide an extended abstract. The oral presentation will be chosen from extended abstract by Program Committee according to time schedule. If you want to present a poster, you can submit either a short abstract or an extended abstract. You will get a confirmation message when your abstract is submitted successfully.
Equal importance will be given to both oral as well as poster presentations and the type of presentation will be determined considering the time constraints.

Oral presentation
Some extended abstract will be selected for oral presentation. Program Committee will decide who will give oral presentation in the workshop and inform the participant. The time period for oral presentation is 15 minutes including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions.
Poster presentation
All abstracts except oral presentations can be displayed by posters. Poser board will be available with an area 100cm ¡Á 240 cm. The Posters should be prepared in portrait format to fit the size 240 cm (height), 100cm (width).
Please, note that in the workshop each delegate will get a CD with all the abstracts and a book with detailed program and the extended abstracts of the review papers. You can also download the PDF documents of the short and extended abstracts from the web page, after the workshop.
The abstract file MUST be a PDF file (Adobe¡¯s Portable Document Format). Other types are not accepted. Similarly, files not meeting the format requirements specified in the template documents are not accepted.
