Registration fees:
Those persons who told LOC, before July 1st, that they will pay registration fees on-site after their arrival can pay in early registration rates (before registration deadline, July 1st). Those persons who obtained the financial funds from I-2 working group, the registration deadline of July 1st can be postponed to July 19. Those persons who obtained funds recently in second step the registration deadline can be postponed to September 1st.

Accommodation:
Those who want to join the workshop and pay accommodation fees at the early rates they should send an e-mail to the LOC, before September 1st, for confirming their hotel room type, arrival and departure dates and passport numbers. Those who have made accommodation payment before September 1st but according to the room price after August 1st, 2008 will be refunded for excessive part over room rates in prior to 1st August, 2008, on-site. If some persons have booked room, but neither made the accommodation payment nor sent email to remind LOC before September 1st, they have to pay the accommodation fees at the room price after August 1st,2008. Those persons who need accommodation reservation signed by hotel please tell LOC.
